Seafood and AquaKnox in Las Vegas, plus CBD Provisions in Dallas, Hey Jack in Camas, Bartaco in Atlanta, and Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas. That range shaped my versatility—from refined seafood to bold, crowd-pleasing favorites.

Chef Lerisa was amazing from having our first conversation about the menu all the way to cleaning up after all of us after wards! The food was beyond expectations. Flavors were phenomenal and everything was well curated! Portions were huge we had tons of leftovers and chef packaged everything for us. She left the kitchen so spotless which I was shocked by especially after a 4 course meal! Will definitely be rebooking her in the future!
